I added the "Countries in {{{region}}}" because I should probably put the articles directly into that category as that has to be done in the individaul article text. There should also probably be redirects from "Category:{{{region}}}" to "Category:Countries in {{{region}}}" in case someone just puts the shorter version in an article they create.
