1) I am uncertain what this actually means or what you are trying to say, especially in the context as it was inserted following the sentence "Today, Ethiopia's economy is one of those growing rapidly in Africa."
2) This is not a normal style of Amharic at any rate and appears to be machine-translated. If this is the case, I would ask you not to attempt to make machine translated contributions in Amharic, as the state of the quality of the translations simply isn't up to par yet.
