Hi Codex Sinaiticus. Until about a month ago you have done some translation work on Betawiki for Amharic. The current translation status for core messages for Amharic is [http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Localisation_statistics 31%].
I would like to ask you if you would be willing to pick up the work again to get better support for Amharic, also outside of this Wikipedia. If you personally do not want to make the effort, for whichever reason, please do make the effort to try and find 2 or 3 other users that are willing to work on the generic translation for the MediaWiki interface on [http://nike.users.idler.fi/betawiki/Special:Translate Betawiki].
