: Indeed. You don't have to approve of homosexuality. That doesn't justify discriminating against homosexual editors. We're not trying to control your speech (your articles are currently essentially under your control). But when you start discriminating against editors based on sexual orientation, that's quite likely illegal in the ''relevant'' jurisdiction. Input from the WMF and local editing community should be sought. In terms of the blocks, all users blocked for their sexual orientation should have that block removed immediately. Local project-space should be amended to remove any and all anti-LGBT+ policies. This wiki should probably be removed from the global sysop opt out wikiset, as there are currently only two administrators, one of which is inactive and the other semi-active.
