Input from the WMF and local editing community should be sought. In terms of the blocks, all users blocked for their sexual orientation should have that block removed immediately. Local project-space should be amended to remove any and all anti-LGBT+ policies. This wiki should probably be removed from the global sysop opt out wikiset, as there are currently only two administrators, one of which is inactive and the other semi-active. :Where do you get off demanding all that ? You aren't part of the Amharic-speaking community. You should drop the pesecuting firebrand and pitchfork and find something else to do now. You can't change Ethiopian criminal code, you can't change how Amharic speakers think, you are coming across like the creature from the lagoon and Amharic speakers likely won't cooperate with you.
