Input from the WMF and local editing community should be sought. In terms of the blocks, all users blocked for their sexual orientation should have that block removed immediately. Local project-space should be amended to remove any and all anti-LGBT+ policies. This wiki should probably be removed from the global sysop opt out wikiset, as there isare currently only two administrators, one of which is inactive and the other semi-active.
